Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Times We ship globally. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Australia: Free on orders over $100 AUD. Standard rate of $11 AUD applies to orders under $100 AUD. Express shipping available for $15 AUD.
- International (selected countries): Flat rate of $20 AUD.
- Rest of World: Free shipping via our global fulfilment partner.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
